Meet Dr. Charles Premkumar Joseph
Empathy – Charles himself has a history of multi-level disc-prolapses and was advised surgical correction. However, as a Physio he was keen on non-surgical remedies. Today he feels compelled to extend compassion and share his knowledge to provide the same relief and recovery to his clients.
Experience – Charles graduated from CMC in 1997-98 and in the 25 years since (even by a very conservative estimate) he’s treated over 10,000 patients with a modest 99 % success rate. He firmly believes that accurate diagnosis is key and treatment thereafter is a cakewalk! Besides being a clinician in over a decade that he served in CMC, he was also a lecturer and researcher with publications in peer-reviewed medical journals.
Expertise – Charles has a Masters in Physiotherapy, a doctorate in Acupuncture, multiple certifications and diplomas in Manual Therapy and Sports Medicine, etc., along with a Masters in Psychology which he finds helpful in understanding not just the symptoms but the person as a whole. He’s not the typical fix-it-and-go, equipment based Physio. His treatment is hands-on, unrushed, explanatory and his rehabilitation is holistic.
